Cancelling an Order by You.

Prior to the dispatch of an order, you may cancel all or any part of an order (including orders that we have accepted) usually a 24 hour notice is required however, due to circumstances of COVID-19 or beyond your reasonable control (e.g. loss of employment, serious injury or illness) cancellation will be accepted. Some cancellations fees might apply.

Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in a description, an image, Price or otherwise), We will reject that part of the Order affected by the error. You will be refunded the value of that part of your Order affected by the error, PBCC Online will fulfil the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your Order, you can return your Order to us under the Returns Policy.
8.2. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and, if GST applies, inclusive of GST. Any fees and charges (including Delivery Fees) imposed by these Terms also include GST where applicable.
8.3. The prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of issue, however, PBCC reserves the right to change prices but your order will not be affected if purchased before the price changed.
8.4. When you place an Order, we will charge you and you agree to pay the Price and any applicable Delivery Fee if they apply.
8.5. We reserve the right to change or alter Prices without notice to you. If you have already submitted an Order at a particular Price, We will supply your Goods at that Price (unless your Order is affected by a pricing error, in which case clause 3.4 will apply).
8.6. PBCC currently ships orders to interstate and outside Australia. However during COVID-19 delays may occur. Check with us for local delivery.
Promotions, discounts and credits
9.1. The promotions, gift vouchers or discounts offered on the website or in-store order are not in conjunction with any other offer.
9.2. You may receive online offers and promotions, when you order from us, soft opt-in. Please let us know if you would like to opt-out.

Returns
Faulty or damaged goods: The Pacific Blue Car Care will repair, replace or refund faulty or damaged Products in accordance with the Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
