Terms and Conditions
*Membership applies exclusively to a single vehicle registration and only for the Pacific Blue Car Wash Express Tunnel and Combi Auto Wash. Minimum term period of two months. First month at $20 then your selected plan, for Platinum Unlimited Club is $49, Touch Free Unlimited Club $39 and Tradie Unlimited Club $31. For customers opting for monthly direct debit through the payment gateway, the first month's fee must be paid in-store upfront. Subsequently, the monthly membership fee will be automatically billed to your designated credit card or bank account on the same date each month until the agreement is either completed or terminated by you or Pacific Blue Car Wash. This program cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Unlimited Washes Fair use policy applies. Membership is invalid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or pass through the express tunnel and combi auto wash. Pacific Blue Car Wash reserves the right to close locations due to adverse weather conditions or equipment malfunctions. Additionally, we reserve the right to alter or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason. Commercial Passenger Vehicles, including taxis, Ubers, limousines, and private transfer vehicles, are not eligible for membership, unless approved by Pacific Blue Car Wash. Membership can be transferred upon the acquisition of a new vehicle and notification to Pacific Blue Car Wash. Such notice must be provided before the first wash of the new vehicle. Changes must be communicated via email to info@pacificbluecarwash.com.au. Temporary transfers are not allowed for periods shorter than one month. Membership can be cancelled at any time with two weeks' written notice or via email to info@pacificbluecarwash.com.au. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial membership periods.
Vehicles may be subject to additional charges for excess dirt or bug removal. Offer ends based on your plan, whether it is a monthly or yearly. The end of date will be on the membership plan.
